WebThe consultation set out proposals to change the Abstraction Charges Scheme for Kielder Reservoir and transfer scheme. It set out our proposed charges for this transfer scheme from April 2024. The proposals were in accordance with HM Treasury's managing public money handbook and Classification of Receipts guidance.
