WebI had to change out some old mod files that was running on version 1.5.97 of Skyrim to mod files that match Skyrim 1.6 such as the newer version of PapyrusUtil SE, Address Library for SKSE Plugins and SSE Engine Fixes (SKSE Plugin) All 3 of those needed to be updated to version 1.6 to fix mine from having the issue OP was having.
