WebI entered windows 10 in safe mode then it seemed to do the chkdsk (showing stages etc) then it restarted back into my pc. After further restarts the message no longer shows and the message in the control panel is gone. The 'fsutil dirty query c:' command now shows that the drive is NOT dirty. Worth a try I guess.
